Return Policy
At The House of Pathan, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- All seals must remain intact and unopened
- Must be in the same condition as received
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Outer packaging
- Shipping label (if applicable)

Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund processing time is typically 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, cancellations cannot be processed.
