Welcome to The House of Pathan. We take pride in delivering our premium Boski cotton Pathani suits with the utmost care and efficiency. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for all our customers.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another notification with a tracking number.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹99 is applicable on all COD orders to cover additional handling costs.

Estimated Delivery Time: * Within Uttar Pradesh: 2-4 business days.

Rest of India (Metros): 3-5 business days.

Rest of India (Others): 5-7 business days.

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Delivery Address & Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at thehouseofpathanofficial@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
5. Shipments to P.O. Boxes
Currently, our courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a full physical address with a landmark for successful delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if the packaging is tampered with, please take a photo/video while unboxing and contact us immediately at thehouseofpathanofficial@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement for you.
7. Non-Delivery/Returns to Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to you to reschedule. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
